The home is 2 bedrooms apartment, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. Is fully equipped, we have Internet connection and hot water 24h, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, microwave, etc.
Your bedroom is 17qms, fully furnished with electric facilities. ADSL, TV and one double bed, studying desk ,chair.wardrobe,air conditioner .
The monthly rent is 2，250RMB including winter heating fee . But we will share all the expenses(electricity, gas, water, Internet).

you will share with 2 friendly foreigners ( 2 nice girls)! a lot of restaurants and shops around our compound " New World in Beijing" 北京新天地公寓{beijing xin tian di}。
if you're going to work or study in Beijing chaoyang CBD area, you can contact with me!

our subway station named: <strong>Guan zhuang on Ba tong line, which is the line 1's extension route.And you could take the express bus also 813, just 2 stops to Da wang lu station, less than 15 minutes.
it can rent for short term and long term, you always can pay me month by month.
you need to pay me for the deposit money:1500rmb Plus one month rent 2000rmb, when you move in. it will be available from the June 2nd!

when you need to move out, just give me 20 days ahead notice!

I now have a loft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms in the loft are available now. I'm looking for 2 roomates who are clean and nice.
The details for the rooms are below for your reference:
Bedroom downstairsis around 13 sq m, there is also a living room, bathroom,a maid's room and a kitchen downstairs, we will share the kitchen, all the rest belongs to the bedroom's tenant.
The bedroom upstairs also has a bathroom faciliated with it. A small study upstair is also for the bedroom's owner's use.
Each room is RMB 2700 per month, heat fee and mgt fee is included.
24 hours hot water is provided, air-conditioning, refridge, microwave, washing machine are also faciliated.
