Looking for roommate near IKEA/China Arts University
(Beijing, Chaoyang District, Wangjing)

Chinese young couple living in Master bedroom looking for flatmate to share nice, clean and fully furnished/equipped 2-room apartment. The empty room is ca. 18 qm big, bright with 2 large and spacious clean wardrobes, large writing desk with drawers and chair, shelves and a big single bed and bedside table.

Large living room, bath and kitchen to share, all equipment provided, incl airon in all rooms (though hardly ever needed, since well-temperate flat in winter and summer!

We are very quiet, nice and tidy and look likewise for a considerate friend to live with.
Language and culture exchange if wanted will happen automatically. We cook well and like to share.

Rent: 2000 RMB/month, Deposit: 2000 RMB (will normally be returned in end!)
Sharing of side costs based on headcount(gas, water, electricity, internet ca. 100-120 RMB/month)
