Hello!
My name is Leonora and Im a 26-year old kindergarten art teacher from the U.S. I am looking for a female roomate to fill the room in my 2-bedroom apartment. My roomate is leaving so you would be subletting for her. The lease is from now (June 1st) until September 8th, but we can extend if we need to or if you feel its a good match.

The rent is 2,200 RMB per month, and you would need to pay 3 months worth (June-July-and-August) to my old roomate. I am flexible with the time, but we would need 3 full months of rent. And then after that if you decide to stay longer, you would continue paying to the landlord.

The location is perfect, its in the Guomao area, only a 5 minute walk to Central Park (where you have Jenny Lou's supermarket) and Fortune Plaza, and near the Jintaixizhou subway station. The House:
A beautiful cozy two-story house with woodworking and painting, a small private courtyard, rooftop terrace, modern kitchen and bathroom and good furniture. It has a microwave, oven, nice fridge, washer and all the necessary pots/plans/plates/etc. The house is extroadinarily quiet--silent, even, in the evenings. The pictures are real.

The Location:
Banchang Hutong, between Nanluoguxiang and Mao Mao Chong's. About 15 minutes walk to Houhai, 20 minutes to Beihai, lots of western and Chinese food nearby. Cool hutong area. Access to subway line 5 and 2. A subway stop will open 5 minutes from the house in December. Easy bike ride to Sanlitun, basically anywhere inside the 3rd ring.
