This is a personal ad (not agency), and I'm looking for someone to takeover my contract for a nicely furnished studio apartment close to Shuangjing station.

The location is very convenient, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and restaurants are all within a walking distance.

The rent is 4000/per month (non-negotiable) and paid quarterly, plus a RMB 4000 refundable bond in the beginning, the contract is to be signed with the landlord himself, no agent fee. (The landlord is an Australian PR, so you could communicate with him in English)

I will be leaving China around the end of February and therefore also
leaving my very nice siheyuan hutong studio. I still have a contract
for half a year, so I am looking for somebody to overtake the
contract. The location is at Meishuguan and Zhangzizhonglu. It is a
newly renovated corner studio with it's own bathroom and kitchen. The
great garden with trees and grass is shared with other people. The
rent is RMB 3100,-/month excl. water, electricity and servicefee.
