I'm searching for a nice clean studio apartment with a short term lease (5 months). The most convenient location for me would be 万国城MOMA.

I will also consider a studio near any subway station around line 2 or line 1 between fuxingmen and guomao.

I must stress that the apartment has to be in very short walking distance to a subway station.

Agents are welcome but the landlord must pay the agent fee.

Please respond with photos, exact location, and cost of rent.
