Beautiful Studio available on the 15th of June. It faces East and is at 2 min walk from DawangLu subway station. The area is great, full of shops and there is a huge mall just next door with a BHG market place.

The buildings, called Hua Mao Gongyu, are very high standing. Guards on the doors 24H, beautiful garden in the courtyard, lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, hairdressers and cleaners downstairs, even a good french bakery.

The furniture in the studio is brand new and modern. There is air conditionning and heating, even though you don't really need the air conditionning as the apartment remains very fresh in summer. Also very silent.

The apartment is situated on the 9th floor, it is about 50 meters square, with a separate kitchen, a dining area, a living space with wide sofa and TV, a big bed, a bathroom with generous bathtub and a tiny balcony.
Washing machine, oven, TV, dvd player, microwave, air conditionning, fridge...

Everything is perfectly clean.
No agent fee.
Price 7500/month.
