hello i am going away for personal reasons on the month of august and need to rent my flat, which is quite small 40 sq meters, but is really nice and cozy also the compound is brand new, and is a very friendly enviormet, is ten minutes to jianguomen subway station by bike, and 20 to shuajing subway station walking.
everything is in order papers and lease, is not a problem but it will only have to be for the month of august, it has all the necessary equiment such as tv, mcwave, cable internet kitchen and toilet separeted.
