Top floor available in a 3 bedroom loft apartment. It's the top floor of the building, though calling it a "penthouse" might be a bit much. Two bathrooms, balcony, comfy queen size bed, wifi, etc, etc. Lots and lots of storage space up there.

I am subletting a little cosy house in the hutongs 7 minutes walk from houhai, at the intersection Deshengmen Neidajie and Sanbulao hutong. It is close to two subways stations too which are xin jie kou nan da jie and ji shui dan.
The bedroom has a big bed for 2 (or 3) people, a big desk, a closet, book shelves, a brand new AC. The kitchen has a new fridge.There is also a brand new washing machine since I could not bother to go out to wash clothes. The bathroom is tiny but there's everything you need. Toilet, sink , shower. hot water!
What else? the roof. you could lay down and take the sun in the roof.
