Dormtorio en de Renmin para Mujer

Hola!
Como parte de una beca me asignaron un dormitorio que comparto con otra extranjera (europea) en Renmin. Es un cuarto pequeno, con un escritorio, silla, ropero. Compre un mini-refrigerador que puedes utilizar.
El piso tiene una cocina comun y banos comunes tambien. La limpieza en las areas comunes es diaria.
Como yo alquilo un departamento afuera, no utilizo este dormitorio y por eso lo quiero arrendar. El precio es usualmente 45-50 RMB diarios, lo cual seria 1400 RMB mensuales aproximadamente. Lo arriendo por 1000RMB.

Si eres estudiante de Renmin, mujer, te vendra muy bien.

Hi there,
I am going back to my country on July 16,so I need to find somebody who will rent my room till September. It's a very cosy and nicely decorated room in a nice 4-bedroom apartment. There's a kitchen, a big living room, and a bathroom. Everything is well equipped -washing machine, internet, 24hours hot water. The area is near Renmin University West gate, 10minute walk from Suzhoujie subway, not far from BLCU (there's a direct bus) or Peking University. A supermarket just across the road.
The rent is 1600/month plus a deposit 1600,which you will get back when you move out. A great price for a good standard I think.

I am a 28 year old Chinese man looking for An English native roommate to have some serious study together everyday!

I live near Renmin Uni,not far from Wudaokou,And I have a room with two single beds.so you would move in if you don't care the room is tiny.even this room is tiny, but it safe,close to subway.(3minutes walk).with Wifi , hot water and AC.I love smimming and there is a nice pool in the Uni.i went there whenever i would make time.
