Looking for new 3th roommate in 130sm² flat next zhuxinzhuang station( only 4 staions away from Wudaokou). The room is around 15-20sm² large, completely furnished. We have in total 3 bedrooms, a huge living room with a really comfortable couch, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, in total 130sm².
Location is lingxiuhuigu(领秀慧谷), around 10 Minutes to zhuxinzhuang station.from zhuxinzhuang station to xierqi Station take 10 Minutes. Zhuxinzhuang is only 4 staions away from Wudaokou.

The apartment is located on the top floor (so there is little street noise) and is in a great location, less than 20 minutes walk from the subway station and less than 10 minutes walk to any convenience shop. It is located behind Xijiao Hotel and BLCU.

Non smokers only! One bedroom is currently occupied by a French student and the other by a working Chinese woman, both in their 20s.

I am relocating to the US and have 2 months lease left on my apartment. There are 2 bedrooms available, both for 1750 RMB/month. If you decide to live out the last 2 months, you will have first dibs of renting the apartment for the next year.

The apartment is located on the same block as BLCU, just north of campus. It is about a 15 minute walk from the subway station, and less than 5 minutes walk to a nearby convenience shop/market/xiaochi. The apartment is located on the top floor (so you'll have some great views once the smog clears!)

One room is currently occupied by an English/Chinese-speaking French woman. Females preferred. Available ASAP.
