Hi, I have a spare room in my apartment which I would like to rent out, we are a family of three seeking a clean and tidy female individual. As this is not my own apartment we have only included basic furniture, there is wifi connection, shared kitchen and bathroom, if interested please contact me. The rent for the room is 1500Rmb a month plus bills (this is paid monthly which is shared between how many ppl live at the house)This room is available from August.

We also have a small room available vut when will this room be available I can not say, it may be two months or before.

The house is in a village called Gao Bei Dian,on the second floor, third stop on the bao tong line,its 10mins walk to the subway station, one stop away from line one, so very convenient. Very suitable for those working in Guo Mao OR CBD area, but also convenient for those not so near. I work at xi zhi men and it take me around 50 mins on subway.
