There is a fancy room available in my 2 bedrooms apt. My apt is located in Jinsong/Shuangjing area, 100 meters away from Jinsong subway station of Line 10 (2 stations away from Guomao/CBD,300 meters from Shuangjing in south).Near by carrloft supermarket,FULI Plaza,etc.it's comfortable for life.

The room is 20 sqm. There are refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, Internet in the apt.

Rent:2400RMB/month

We hope our roommate is like this: easy-going, outgoing and talkative, like clean, would like to communicate a lot with us.

About the apt: the apt was decorated a few months ago, everything is brand-new, everything is famous brand with good quality. There are TV, queen size bed, table, big closet, Sony TV, Air Conditioner in the room. The room is 20 sqm. There are refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, Internet in the apt.

15mn drive to Guomao&25mn in subway;
15mn walk to communication University&BISU(lots of specialized&cheap restaurants there)
6-floor building,built in 2004;
110sqm,large living-room,big kitchen,share big bathroom,nice-decorated,full furniture,WIFI;
landlady speaks good English and could help with ur Mandarine learning,besides,I clean the apt almost everyday;

Is anyone looking for a room to staying in the east side of CBD? 20 mins by metro to Guomao, brand new building....sharing with a young British young man, who is working near shuangqiao.
its a 3 bedrooms apartment, for the small room 1800rmb/month. (15sqm).if you choose pay me monthly the rent will be 2000rmb/month, its includes the utilities.
if you want to staying in the bigger bedroom, the price is 2200rmb/month(25sqm).

10 minutes by walk to the subway station from home....
