Very small studio workspace wanted in Gulou/Dongcheng

Looking for a small studio space to record, mix and produce music in Gulou / Dongcheng area (not to live in). It will not be loud bands, or exessive noise, but there may be a tiny amount of music coming through the door occasionally - nothing extreme, just home speakers. All I need is 5 or 6 square meters. No need for windows, no furniture or equipment needed. Air con would be nice, but not essential, I can sort that if necessary. Must be in a secure building.

I'm looking for someone to sublet my comfortable bedroom for short stays.
The house is located in Gulou, 5 minutes walk from the subway station and the Bell Tower.

The house is an old siheyuan that has been just renovated, with a very nice courtyard and a big Jujube tree in the middle. The neighbourhood is great, with a lot of restaurants and shops; if you want to experience the traditional Beijing life you won't find a better location. The house has in total 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. A cleaning lady comes once a week. You will share the house with two Italian guys and one Chinese girl who are working here in Beijing. If you are travelling around China, we will be very happy to give you tips and advices about the city.
