We are looking for one flatmate for a very small room in a very cool apartment in Shuangjing. The apartment is at Hopson International Park, in a great neighbourhood between Shuangjing and Guomao. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished, with a big living room and kitchen, an aquarium and amazing views on Guomao! We even have access to the rooftop! Your roommates would be two american guys, 1 canadian girl and one german girl in their mid twenties and early thirties. Rent is 1800 CNY (excl. bills). When moving in you have to pay 2 months rent and one month deposit.
No agent but directly from the landlord.

looking for a roommate to share a apartment in shuangjing. my community is 5 mins' walk from subway line 10. the whole apartment is around 140sqm.2 guest rooms(10-20sqm) with one spacious living roon.aristocratic style interior design with a distinguishing bar table and chairs.all imported japanese electrical appliances.wooden floor with medieval-flavoured furniture.
The room for rent now is a balcony room with CURTAINS(WITHOUT A DOOR)and a single person bed.rent is 1200rmb per month.prices vary depends on the time you can live here.3 months rent payment in advance.
About me:i am a very outgoing,cheerful,confident,easygoing and understanding woman who has a stable job and colorful life.a helpful girl to be with.i like reading,writing, music.sports. billiards,badminton,karaoke etc. i am a good companion,also,i can show you around and make friends with local people.
