Looking for new 3th roommate in 130sm² flat next zhuxinzhuang station( only 4 staions away from Wudaokou). The room is around 15-20sm² large, completely furnished. We have in total 3 bedrooms, a huge living room with a really comfortable couch, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, in total 130sm².

I'm a former Beijing expat, coming back to the city to do an internship for the summer (mid-May through Mid-August). I'm male, late 20s, from California, currently an architecture grad student at UC Berkeley and will be working at a firm near Qinghua. I'm clean, quiet, speak Chinese and have three years of experience dealing with apartment matters in Beijing. I'll be working a lot but enjoy hanging out with roommates when I'm at home. Like any architecture internship I'm getting paid pathetically little, so RMB 2000 is my upper limit on rent.

I'll be getting into town on Thursday, so can come by to see places on Friday or that weekend. My dates are somewhat flexible, in that I can crash at a friend's place until June 1 if needed and am ok paying rent through the end of August, but if there's any security deposit I'm going to want that back before I leave in mid August. I'm also happy to live with anybody, male/female, any nationality, but I am not interested in a language exchange, as I'm sure I won't have the time or energy for anything like that. Anything in the Wudaokou, Qinghua, Beida, BCLU or even around Yuanmingyuan or Summer Palace would be fantastic.
