Hi Guys,

I'm looking for someone who wants to take over my room on the beginning of July 2012 and the end of August 2012, when the contract will be ended (but actually you can disscuss later with the other housemates if you wanna stay for a long term)

Placed in a great community, clean, convenient (market, bus station, so forth), near with Shaoyaoju station (line 10 and 13)and near from UIBE. (no shaoyaoju option in neighborhood

The apartment, placed on 7th of 14th floor, consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well furnished, very big kitchen, everything was there. You will share the apartment with 2 nice and kind housemates(1 male & 1female-foreigners-speak English and Chinese) (previously were the UIBE students, and share the bathroom with 1 foreigner. Everything is great, great value of money also. Only 1700.

The reason I move 'cause of finding nearer place from the company that I work for.
