I am looking to move out within the week to move in with some good friends of mine also in the area. The price itself though is a really sweet deal for the area it's at, and is the reason for my hesitation in parting with it. I currently share with an American girl who studies Chinese and an English girl who works for the embassy, so I'm looking for a FEMALE replacement.

Fuli cheng is a new upscale compound, and is its own self-functioning community with 2 convenience stores inside, dry cleaning, photography studio and surrounded by many different restos, thai, korean, japanese, etc. Right outside is an ATM and 711, small boutiques, pharmacy, laundry shop and bake shop. Viva mall, subway station and 2 supermarkets are around the corner too.

The apartment itself is western style, and we are the first tenants so everything is still new. It has a small laundry room as well, and the bathroom I share with one roomie has a glass shower; no sink-shower-toilet combos. My room gets a lot of sunlight, has a desk, cabinet and air-conditioner.
