we 2Foreigner ,have a 3bedroom apartment and want to rent out one of the rooms and (available from 21 December to February 2009),its about 40 days and you just pay for one month rent (2800 RMB) though .I am a designer, I m a easy going person, I don't smoke, and I work near CBD everyday.

The location of the apartment is Wudaokou-dengsheng yuan(东升园),building No.12,Expat friendly area with many bars, restaurants, supermarkets.
