I have known Kevin the owner for about 4 years now and hes a great guy (former manager at Vics) who gives exactly what you would expect from a budget drinks and hip hop bar. Decent music, good crowd and none of the macho nonsense that one finds at many of the larger clubs. Started my night on Fri and Sat the as with 400ish kuai bottles and a good location, BabyOh is a good launch pad onto the late night clubs.

If you want Xiu or Suzies, go there. Baby Oh, is cheap, cheerful and great in its own right.
