The concept is nice, but in reality, the place needs a bit of tweaking.
You can stretch out, but there needs to be a more generous serving of pillows so you can really get comfortable.
In summer, it is rather hot inside, likewise in winter it's too chilly.
Service, while friendly enough, needs to pick up its game. Yes, we're in a Hutong, but the prices don't reflect that, so neither should the waitstaff.

Thumbs up for the music playing when I was there, think Cafe Del Ma...it was just right.

Somehow this place has "the best" mojito in Beijing. But if you ask people from Cuba and Mexico, they never think Bed bar has the best Mojito.

Drinks are too expensive for the quality and quantity. atmosphere is not good enough, especially in winter time, this place stink because of some people have their stinky socks out when they are sitting in bed. The Beijingers will call this place - Lan Ku Cha!

I didn't try the food or drinks here but I think the concept of this bar is so charming. It's really beautiful and relaxed. I love the decor & other people must do too--I saw a lot of couples here on dates. It can be pretty darn hard to find, but worth the time spent lost down hutong alleys.

The only downside to it is the temperature is mafan. I was sweating my butt off in there and the review below said it gets too cold in the winter. But that's a hutong for you...

Well, place and decor is nice, drinks are acceptable, prices are normal.
But there is one big problem with administration and staff.
After ordering bottle of wine we got informed that exactly this bottle is not available.
Step two, order another bottle. Garçon named Peter (as he told us) say thats this wine will definitely will be on stock.
As you can guess this bottle was also not in the bat at that evening. Order the third one. After few reminds about our order and his saying that barmen is "making you wine" ( which took appr. 30 min) we were supported with our drinks, which were really necessary at that moment because of the stupidness of the staff. Drinks arrived, were finished after some amount of time, it is time to another order.
We decided not to order wine, just get some cocktails to make it easier for staff. Cocktails were really difficult things to make in time.
After waiting (20 min) and reminding we got what we've order.
So if you are willing to spend some money for service which not worth it you are truly welcomed there.

The unusual name is a winner.
The drink Mojito is well made.The chinese name and the interior is different amidst the hutongs , different than a common bar.
Though I would have perferred the seatins to be done more comfortable .
It was a bit cold where were were sitting first,but then changed to a more comfy place later.

Its good to go once. If its made more comfy and seating improved, may be would visit again.
