Great Treatment, cured my whiplash

Review of Beijing Massage Hospital
5

I had a pretty bad whiplash injury a few years ago and the doctors in north america recommended massage, but the progress in north america was very slow and expensive.

When I came to Beijing, I found this hospital and began treatment and had great improvements. These are not masseusses but doctors whose training includes massage, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments .. and they do traction at this hospital.

Their imaging department can do CT scans and MRI's as well.... with results the same day or same afternoon - all at reasonable prices.

They are a busy hospital but the treatment is excellent. Located right outside the north west subway at Ping An Li on the number 4 line.

went there today and had a treatment. i had asked someone to recommend a place for a massage and i was told to go here. to say the least, it wasn't exactly what i was looking for, but i went through with it nonetheless.

after a little wait and a tremendous amount of confusion, i was able to get registered and then went to see a doctor for a preliminary evaluation. i told him of sore areas in my neck and back and he then said he wanted to do an x-ray. at this point i knew that i was in over my head. nonetheless, i waived the x-ray offer and was then passed on to a massage doctor. he chatted me up for a long while with decent english and then went to work on my problem areas. it was an intense and often painful "massage" and i think i'm going to be sore for several days after.

basically, this is probably not the place to go if you want to relax after a hard week in the office. however, if you're suffering from chronic neck/back pain, and want some serious treatment, this is for you.
