Bindiya 宾迪亚印度餐厅
Beijing has several good Indian restaurants. By all accounts, this really isn't one of them. The curry has been accused of tasting like a bad Japanese sauce, and service is spotty at best. Wudaokou residents should stick to the original branch of Ganges Restaurant instead.

Review of Bindiya
This is probably the only place where I've had better luck with the buffet than the ala carte. The lunch buffet is very good - the best I've had in Beijing (pretty vegetarian-friendly). But on the occasions when I ordered food from the menu, I've had mixed experiences. The food isn't bad, but certainly not the best Indian food in Beijing. Very friendly staff, but they speak little English. The menu's bilingual - so no issues ordering food.

Review of Bindiya
i havent been to many indian places around beijing.
so i can only compare it to GANGES (wudaokou branch) which is actually the only other indian restaurant in wudaokou so the only real competitior.
they both have a 38 kuai lunch buffet, its from 11:00am to 15:00pm, but in ganges the DRINKS are NOT INCLUDED.
HERE they are. You get beer, water and different juices for free.
also the selection is bigger as the buffet is larger then at ganges. The restaurant is WAY nicer as it is inside the new U-center, so the location is newer and way more stylish.
i have tried the buffet at ganges 4 times and this one 2 times.
In average i have the impression the dishes here are more spicy but also way more tasty.
I checked the menu and the prices are around 30-50 kuai each dish. totally normal for indian food here i guess.
Also they have a lot of discounts (up to 25%) if you are a student.... sooo not bad.

Between Ganges and this place ... this place is the clear winner!
Warning: At ganges they have english speaking staff, at this place they DONT(only bad thing about it). but the menu is in english so there shouldnt be need for anyone speaking english.
