The predominantly blue hues of this restaurant is a visual reminder of its seafaring namesake. The food (including Grilled bacalhau and the commendable cataplana de mariscos) is true to the earthy, rich flavors of Portugal – rich in olive oil and made from fresh ingredients, with an upscale touch. Nice selection of Portuguese wines. Now serving three-course business set lunches (includes coffee or tea) for RMB 108, plus 15% service charge.

Review of Camoes
Went there almost 2 weeks ago and was really frustrated...First,the food didn't meet our expectations since 2 of our dishes had "xiancai" and the restaurant is supposed to be portuguese..In general,the tastes wasn't really enjoyable..The place first seems impressive but the more you stay there the more you feel depressed!Not very spacious with tall walls that seem they are going to fall on your head..Service,was ok BUT in the end of the dinner we realised we had to pay 15% on our bill for it!!Outrageous!(have to mention that it's much more expensive than the prices they give at first place here in the site)
That's why we were the only costumers of the restaurant probably!

Portuguese food at its best. At Camoes restaurant simple ingredients are impeccably prepared, based on regional produce, emphasising fish, meat, olive oil, tomato and spices. It features hearty soups, homemade bread and sausages, as well as unexpected combinations of meat and shellfish. ‘Bacalhau’ salted cod, a small sample, is the Portuguese national fish and said to be the basis for some 365 recipes, one for each day of the year. Do not miss the authentic Portuguese Egg Tart. Exceptional attentive service.
