If I have a quick business meeting I prefer this as the starbucks is too crowded .
Coffee is fine .You can sit for a long time and no one bothers you.

I prefer the Starbucks because the coffee beans are real good. This is quite an secondary choice for me.
I like the cakes and desserts though.

Review of Costa Coffee
I'm a decaf coffee drinker (yeah, I know), but I find Costa's decaf tasteless. Costa is fine enough, probably has better decor than Starbucks, but it's disappointing when their main product line has something so poor. Their food line is also less substantial than Starbucks, with a few cakes, pastries etc - greater sandwich selection would be better.

Review of Costa Coffee
Nice to see someone challenging Starbucks at their own game. Their service speed is not quite where Starbucks is at this point but getting there. The coffee is slightly better than Starbucks as well (tend not to taste as burnt as Starbucks does) and I like the cheerier, more bright interior design of the Costa shops. The pastries and such are not quite as good as those on offer at Starbucks.

The quality is very similar to Starbucks. The environment is plush, the products are similar, and the prices are about the same. However, from my shrinking endowment of tastebuds and somewhat meager resume as a coffee consumer, I care for Costa's Coffee considerably. The name is better too. That and I have a thing for red...

Hi, I just been at Costa Caffee... really socks, I cant belive it, I wait for a good service and they just traet me very bad... I wait for long time for my cafe, and with no excuse they make a bad service, I ask for a cafe with milk and NOT CAPUCHINO they serve me capuchino, later a cafe with sugar inn, I tell them I'm diabetic person (I can take sugar) so after a few minutes I leave the place with a not a cafe... and also was so expensive... just socks! Dont try to go to Costa Caffe at The Place.
