The wine selection is overseen by former Maison Boulud sommelier James Liu. The wine list will appeal both to experts and amateurs, with thoughtful pairing suggestions and detailed tasting notes – Liu is on hand to offer personalized advice if you’re stuck. True aficionados can store their own glasses and bottles at the bar. There are also eight wines by the glass, including sparkling wine and rosé.
