Provides all-in-one service for RMB 800. Includes translating your home license, giving you a medical check-up, preparing your application, providing you with a road test manual and paying all fees. Services can be purchased individually: medical test (RMB 80); license translation (same day: RMB 120, 3-day: RMB 90, 5-day: RMB 60). Sells English version of the test preparation manual (RMB 150). For an extra fee you can even take the written test at FESCO.

In business matters, the company, as opposed to the worker, is responsible for withholding and paying each Chinese employee’s taxes and social welfare payments, which include contributions to a housing fund, unemployment insurance, a pension fund and medical insurance. Rep Offices must use FESCO to register and pay such contributions on its employees’ behalf. JVs and WFOEs, for their part, can handle such paperwork and payments independently or outsource these requirements to specialized Chinese HR companies, like the Beijing Employee Service Center, or to certified accountants.

FESCO offers one-on-one tutoring in English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish and more. Prices vary according to whether you want a Chinese teacher or a native speaker, and transportation fees for the tutor must be provided.
