Went there with my youngsters.

Good - clean, bright expansive space. Enough to keep them busy for virtually the entire day. Not crowded (at least on the Saturday morning that I visited). If I lived in the area, I might consider an annual membership so the kids can go daily.

Could use improvement - it's too expensive. For a couple and one youngster, entry was 450. That is a splurge that I can't afford to do too often. Once you're in there, you don't want to have to leave to go get lunch etc outside. It would be nice for their cafeteria to stop more options for a quick bite. However, many of the local shops do deliver, including Pizza Hut and a nearby McDonald's. How about adding a nap room for the folks who want to take a break? Exhausted at the end of the day.
