The fusion here consists of fantastic Hong Kong hot pot on the first floor and French-style teppanyaki on the second floor. Opulent, artsy design and fine atmosphere at prices that won't leave you a pauper but aren't exactly cheap.

Review of Fusion
Hi, if you just hear the name of the restaurant, and it's review, you definetely would like to go!
That's why we went to have lunch, and the place is really nice, seems very clean and nice staff. But I was expecting a FUSION restaurant, and this is nothing else than a HK regular chinese food. Even though the food was fresh (as they hace their meats frozen), I'm completely dissapointed by the name and things I read from it.
If you are a foodie, and know what Fusion Cuisine is... Don't ever imagine expecting something like that in this restaurant, although it's chinese food is good and really fresh! Also we feel it was quite expensive for the quality of the food. Once again, a fake name caught our attention... :(

Review of Fusion
This place is VERY GOOD!
We paid the 158Y per person set menu and it was worth absolutely every penny! (there is a 128Y lunch offer as well)
The reasurant layout is very nice and the staff are very attentative and helpful. 4 of us sat in a small room with about 6 other dinners around the cook and watched as he cooked all the food infront of us. Fun to watch and gives you the confidence of the food quality.
The food was delicious! We had lots of different meats and fished all fried in front of us perfectly. Had shrimp, lobster, steaks and many others and were all expertly cooked great to watch.
The house wine was also very good espeically as it was free within the set menu.
The 1 thing that does not make it a 5 star review, was some of what they cook is from frozen. Not a bad thing as everything is flash fried but would be better if all fresh meats and fishes.
Will definately go back!
