To be fair, I'm not submitting a rating of 1 because I am writing about my one and only experience with The German Food Center, and I can't really speak about the food they offer because they never delivered the turkey I ordered. It's unclear exactly how it happened (we got a very convoluted story from the Chinese staff).

We called, asked if it was possible to have a turkey delivered later that same day. They said they would come around 7:30 and never showed. We called them, but got no answer because they close at 7. So, we went to Jenny Lou's (and paid a bit more) for our turkey. The next day staff from TGFC called us several times. The first person seemed to think it was our fault the turkey wasn't delivered, the next person said that they couldn't deliver it the previous day, and the last person said there was confusion between our order and someone else's (not sure how they got them confused since they took our name and phone number and I doubt many people order turkeys in one day). Needless to say, all of the staff wanted to know if we still wanted the turkey!

From my experience staff competence does not seem to be a highlight of this place. The food might be good, but I wouldn't recommend asking for delivery.
