There are 2 different management companies which run the East part and the West part. The older and busy East part is run down, the landscape items are not well treated, lobbies and hallways are dirty and still awaits repainting. There are cockroaches (seen in a fashion shop and even in Jenny Lou)
The West part is more quiet and cleaner. Sometimes it has cockroaches but the management has scheduled pest control.
:) Positive:
Location, loft style apartment layout, small-office-home-office possible, large windows, view!, floor heating, wooden floors, Siemens washing machine and fridge, no floor2floor noise, very quiet on weekends and holidays because of probably 80% office use.

Expensive, greedy landlords, slow postal service, doormen don't stop peddlers/sellers knock your door all the time, very bad plumbing, smells from sinks in summer, bursting pipe, water leakage here and there, heating can't be adjusted, West-facing units are overheating from afternoon sun, cockroaches, the park is not accessible (only some sport fields). When you move here be careful you don't have a hidden massage parlor on your floor.
