The boy band of the Beijing bar scene – renowned for their nightly cocktail shows, where bartenders take turns tossing bottles around and pouring elaborate drinks – now has a sister venue near the west gate of Chaoyang Park. The bar-staff is genuinely friendly and attentive, and the menu is accommodating with a cheeky “Designated Drivers” section complemented by “Stomach Protector” appetizers.

Review of Pepper
I am now for 2 years living beijing now in Guomao but still missing the pepper bar from wudaokou where i try to get some friends to. It is for me the best bar in town. I like to have an talk chill back and enjoy the time. this is the place for that i should call it the biggest hidden jem in Beijing. it isn't easy to find the first time but when ones then you will go many times. beers imported 30 to 40 mixes all 30 to 40 it is worth the money and the shows they give with it are for sure nice to look at. it is fast service good food. and not to forget an waterpipe. what i love. for the rest look forward for the next friday night when i will go there again.

Review of Pepper
This bar, conveniently located for students in Wudaokou, has a surprisingly vast menu where you can order shots/beers or even hookah together for a set price. Music isn't too loud so you never have problems chatting with people, and they have bartenders performing "tricks" every now and then...a little entertainment pleasing to the eye =)
