The pizza is probably the best in Beijing, and I would say the place is worth going just for this one reason (The most important reason).

But I rarely go because the inside is very depressing, in the day time they do not turn on the lights as well there is no insulation so the cold winter air whizzes through, both work together perfectly to create a dungeon feel.

Also the bathroom is filthy, if you ever had the displeasure of going into beijing subways bathrooms you can imagine what it is like.

Last time i went there the place was pitch black and around 8 degrees celsius I had to keep my jacket on, also I had to sit near the windows to be able to read the menu, which also happens to be next to the bathroom. I look around and the place is a dark red color which is a pretty depressing color. The entire time I was expecting this place to be totally over rated, but then I ate their pizza which is awesome.

I want to visit again, I just hope they renovate the place. I recommend the pizza to everyone, try it! But the place itself I do not recommend, unless you are in the mood of getting drunk off belgium beers wearing a viking helmet and pretending you are a Dungeon Master!

Good Pizza!

This is the kind of neighborhood joint that I miss from back home. Cheap beer (5 clams for a Tsingtao draft), super-friendly bartenders and poker tournaments if you're into that. They have a pretty solid selection of foreign beers, not unlike The Tree/Nearby The Tree. Similarly, they also serve some pretty badass 'za. This is my go-to spot if I find myself stranded in 5DK.

The pizza (60RMB)is really great (some friends recommended though that you only go for vegetarian or ham pizza's) It was tasty with a fairly thin base. The steak (90RMB)was also exceptional (med-rare without asking how you would like it, but just the way a steak should be in my opinion)served with nice chunky chips and a generous potion of salad. Definitely going back for more.
