Seasons Cafe/Creperie 北京季节咖啡店

With its geranium-filled out-door patio and brightly painted interior, this charming restaurant (a.k.a. Vincent's Cafe) is like a breath of sea-fresh Breton air, making it the perfect place for a plate of crepes (i.e The Norwegian, Banana and Chocolate) in-between gallery hopping in Dashanzi. Also serves salads, sandwiches and sides.

That Secret Feeling

Review of Seasons Cafe/Creperie

Located at a secret corner of 798 art factory. Seasons Cafe, attached by a small terrace with a few tables covered by some green plants, is all about peace. Occasionally there are some artists or artists-to-be sitting in corners writing and drawing by themselves. It's the type of cafe I like, cozy? chilled? I just don't know how to describe it.

Compare to drinks, food is more reliable. Crepe is of home style - very soft skin, hearty taste yet not very good looking. On a cold Beijing rainy day, sitting in this small quiet cafe with a fondue hot pot in front can be very nice. But still the only item they provide - bread is very modest like everything else of this cafe.

Loving something can be so simple. The first time I walked in here I didn't know that, some day in the future, this place is where I would be able to exchange my thoughts between my previous and present life.
