Review of The Hutong
one of the best experiences I've had in Beijing. Took part in the Hook n Cook with my company. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and built in such a "sharing" sort of way. The team there is also kind and helpful. A great sense of community and warmth.

Great selection of food classes with really talented, informed teachers in beautiful hutong courtyard. Interesting classes on tea, fun market walks and cool special invents like "Chinese" wine and cheese charity dinners - great fun.
