Sofitel’s VIC (standing for "Voyage of International Cuisine") offers virtually round-the-clock buffet dining; think of it as the ultimate midnight snack. The spread covers all the expected bases – Cantonese, Japanese sushi, French cheeses, Italian cold cuts and an Indian curry station. lunch buffets cost RMB 198 and dinner buffets are RMB 268 (both plus 15% service charge) from Mon-Sat, while the Magnifique Sunday Brunch goes for RMB 298 per person (plus 15% service charge, with free flow of fresh juices, French wine, international beer and soft drinks), or RMB 398 per person (with 15% service charge, with a free flow of Perrier-Jouët Champagne). Bring the kids along for games, toys, bouncy castle, ball pool, Wii animation game, DVD corner and special activities under the supervision of the in-house nanny.

With interesting concepts, the VIC of the Sofitel Wanda Beijing is redefining a luxury brunch to a new level. With very special products like; imported Oysters from France, fresh lobster and king-crab and an extensive dessert buffet, the VIC is trying to pull out everything to increase it business.
Starting at 11.30am every Sunday, for 358 RMB, including free flow of Veuve Cliquot champagne, fresh juices, wine, local beer and soft drinks, the guest could enjoy a special brunch in a luxury surrounding.
Other Sunday Brunch concepts of VIC include:
- Magnifique Cocktail brunch every first Sunday of the month, including cocktails like; Cosmopolitan, Margarita and special signature cocktails like KIR Deluxe and Champs Elysees.
- Pink brunch every last Sunday of the month, including free flow of Moët & Chandon Champagne Rosé.
