Bland hutong setting, superb authentic food. Try zhe’er gen chao larou. This root is commonly used in the West by avid gardeners as a border or bed groundcover, but for Guizhou natives it's a delicacy with medicinal properties. Sour soup fish, suantang yu, is also highly recommended.
