This long-running Beijing pub (over eleven years and counting) specializes in Belgian beers and wood oven fired pizzas and sits on prime real estate just off of the main Sanlitun bar strip. Most nights find it packed with a lively, conversant crowd. Go here for one of the largest selection of fine Belgian beers and ales in town. Winner of "Best Night Away from The Kids" and "Best Place to Start the Night" in the 2007 Reader Bars and Clubs Awards. Bars & Clubs

The Tree
We'd love to go into great detail describing The Tree (Hidden Tree's new location), but to be honest, if you ever visited the old spot, there's not much to say – it's exactly the same. The same broad bar, the same faint Olde Worlde aesthetic, the same multiple rooms, the same nudie paintings hanging on the wall. There's even a tree. You'll find the wood-fired pizza, the Belgian beers… even the menus seem to have been brought over from the old location. The courtyard might lack a little in comparison to the old one, and that's all we can think of to say. Enjoy! Mar 05
Voted "Best Pizza" in our 2008 Reader Restaurant Awards. Enjoy thin crusted pies, and wash everything down with a Belgian beer. See Bars & Clubs directory. Pizza
