Spring has well truely and sprung and 8-BIT is ready to throw our first rooftop cookoff of the year!

Maning the BBQ will be Salsicceria italiana, a young company founded just two months ago by two Italian expats in Beijing. Their philosophy is inspired by the most genuine Italian butchery traditions, with a desire to create a completely original and unique type of sausage hand-crafted here in China. They do not use any additives or preservatives; only use fresh meat and traditional seasoning to provide a 100% natural and healthy product. Salsicceria italiana aren't offering just an 'Italian style' sausage, but an entirely authentic product you could only previously find in Italy!

Arrow Factory will also join in the fun as we serve their brand new bottled Guan Xi Pale Ale for just 25RMB.
