Yew Chung International School would like to invite you to join us for our 9thannual event Global Community Day on Saturday, May 13 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. The event features delicious food, lovely performances, fun games, creative activities, art demonstrations, and much more, with all proceeds donated towards worthwhile charities!

The tradition of holding the YCIS Beijing GCD starts from 2009, bringing together different parts of the greater YCIS Beijing community together to celebrate the school’s wonderful and colorful cultural diversity, warm and welcoming school atmosphere, and friendly community relationship. Last year, the event welcomed over 2,000 attendees; we hope that you will be one of them this year!

Charity is a major focus of the GCD each year. This year, the main charity initiative aims to help the Xilian Primary School. The school requires support in constructing facilities and in staffing, namely ECE teaching resources (facility and staff) for large ECE student groups as well as soccer fields on the school campus. All sponsorship income will go towards supporting this worthwhile project.
