Come and join CCC's Chinese painting class. You don't have necessarily learnt Chinese painting before, just have to be enthusiastic and be willing to hold a brush. Traditional Chinese painting is done with a brush dipped in black or colored ink; oils are not used. As with calligraphy, the most popular materials on which paintings are made of are paper and silk. The finished work can be mounted on scrolls, such as hanging scrolls or handscrolls.

The class will be conducted in English. The supplies or the Four Treasures of the Study - the ink brush, ink, paper(made of rice & bamboo), and inkstone - are provided by us.
