Come join us for a morning of “Mindfulness”. What is mindfulness you may ask… well, one definition would be “a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique”; although there are many different variations to describe mindfulness.


With today’s hectic life with kids, taking care of the essentials of day to day living in Beijing or maybe working and coping with the stresses of work here, we tend to forget how to focus on ourselves from time to time.


INN is so excited to have once again Dalida Turkovic, Founder/Executive Coach at Small Steps Coaching & the Beijing Mindfulness Centre and Carnisa Berry, Certified Life Coach. Both ladies are fantastic and it truly will be a great morning to hear them speak, and become enlightened with this concept of mindfulness. Afterwards, feel free to chat with each of them to get any further information, as they will certainly welcome the opportunity!
