The National Museum hosts an exhibition of the works of famous artist and craftsman Tong Yongquan. Born in Chengdu, Sichuan, the artist works in a traditional Tibetan Buddhist style, creating ornate works of art in the Tangka style. This exhibition features a total of 88 works spanning the last sixteen years of his career and looks at the casting, carving and gilding processes.
