To all flamenco lovers: we are happy to officially announce that Portacones Flamenco School is organizing a workshop with two outstanding flamenco dancers – Domingo Ortega and Inmaculada Ortega! The workshop will take place at Portacones Flamenco School on July 1 – July 5!

Domingo Ortega was born in Jerez de la Frontera, one of the most important cradles of flamenco, and is one of the most active flamenco teachers who gives flamenco classes all around the world. He is especially famous for his bulerias de Jerez, a flamenco style that is very typical for Jerez de la Frontera. Domingo likes to experiment with music by mixing pauses with explosive moments; his softness is followed by severity, and his footwork is just phenomenal!

Inmaculada Ortega was born in Jerez de la Frontera where she started her dance career at the age of 7 along with her brother Domingo Ortega; she has a very distinctive feminine body language and her elegant arm movements are just astonishing! When you watch her dance bulerias you can easily recognise and feel the vibe of Jerez de la Frontera!
