I, too, am interested in joining a cooking class but it needs to be in the daytime, Monday to Friday. Any ideas?

I'd prefer something spicier - Sichuan, say. But really i just want to make simple dishes like they do in all the cheap restaurants (veg stir fried with strips of pork and chilli; egg and tomato; chicken and peanuts...) I try making up my own versions but they always lack that restaurant flavour - maybe it's the msg!

A friend of mine is offering cooking classes: From Guandong and Sichuan.
Moreover it's in a traditional hutong.
