pollution -- weather is totally messed up here, normally this time of the year should be red hot already...

Al Gore's new movie is interesting and frightening........"An Inconvenient Truth"

They reckon when (not if) the polar cap melts, Florida and Shanghai will be among the first to go under deep water. (not very good news for old people or handbag merchants)

the last thunderstorm just sounded like a bomb explodin... and all the car alarms goin off.

yeah, it's funny with the car alarms - how does it work, they are activated by noise? i thought that was stone age tech?
