Anybody seen metal pie tins around town, big enough for a standard 9-10 inch (20-25 cm)? I've tried the Wu Mei at Taipingqiao as well as the zoo Carrefour. I'd prefer steel, but bakeable glass is OK. Thanks!
100-200 m south of the Da Wang Qiao bridge is a large whole area. It is split into 2 areas. To the west is the food and fruit market.
To the east it startes off with small stores, and further in there is the fish wholesale market and next to it is a a building that sells all manner of catering ware. I've found really nice heavy guage steel pans and giant stock pots.
I recall seeing some bakeware as well. Has a much greater selection than the drumtower shops.
