While I've had a number of undrinkably sweet Chinese champagnes, and a few that were just flat on opening, I tasted some at an event this fall which was OK. Unfortunately I wasn't able to catch the name. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!!
OK Kathy. It was a magnum-sized bottle with a Ch. label, and between a demi-sec and sec in dryness. Quality about the equivalent of Spanish Freixenet, so to western palates quite drinkable for an informal group. I think the bottle was clear glass.
