Plans for making Immersion guides for other cities in Asia?

I've just been to Hong Kong and I wish I'd had as good a guide for HK as I do for Beijing...I had the old Lonely Planet guide for Hong Kong and Macau but it just doesn't cut it.

I use the Insiders Guide almost every day...I'd be absolutely lost without it and if I hadn't bought it I would probably just sit in my apartment and twiddle my thumbs until my time in Beijing comes to a close.

"How about you give me twenty quid and I give you a kick to the balls?"

nice idea. Any suggestions of what city to tackle first? And more importantly, who could write them for us?

Christ, I'd have a crack at writing one if it meant I didn't have to go home to Australia and a life of endless study. And if the pay was decent, lol

Hong Kong is the obvious first suggestion for me, I love the place but finding decent places to go out isn't so easy when you're relying on a Lonely Planet guide.

A Shanghai guide also wouldn't hurt, I got lost about a million times there as well and once again, the Lonely Planet guide just let me down.

Doesn't That's Shanghai publish a guide which is similar to the Insider's Guide? Aren't you guys part of the same group?

Come play with the Panda, we are harmless animals.

There is abasolutely nothing to do there.
