Have you heard about this restaurant? You can sit outside and have a nice beer and some American/Asian food. Especially for expatriates this place seems like a good and safe place to dine out. But did you know that there is no way that your belongings are safe? We had dinner there. My handbag and my walltet were stolen. The experienced thief stareted using my credit cards while we were still siting at Eudora. Before I could cancel my various cards the thief had used some 30,000 RMB. When I talked to the restaurant, expecting to get support, I did not even get an excuse. Shamelesly, the restaurant management blamed the stolen handbag on the other foreign guest. The least they could have done is to pretend to be interested in my situation. So why am I writing this message ? I just want other guests to remember, that your belongings are not safe at this place and you should be fooled by a seamingly safe sourounding.
