Catholic Churches in Beijing

Hi,
I am an American moving to Beijing in a few weeks. I'm wondering if anyone knows where the Catholic Churches in Beijing are?
I found this list: http://www.china.org.cn/english/travel/118186.htm

Is that comprehensive?
Does anyone know of any Catholic Churches near Wudaokou?

Thanks

Re: Catholic Churches in Beijing

i think there might not be any...

sorry

What China really needs:
- Bill Nye, "the Science Guy", to come teach them basic Science.
- Jared Diamond, Dan Brown, and Spencer Wells to teach them about world/human history.
- MLK and Gandhi and Einstein to teach them about what being human means.

Re: Catholic Churches in Beijing

When I want to make my mother happy I go to church here. There is one at Xuan Wu Men subway station that has a lot of foreign worshippers there. They have English mass twice on Sunday, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Re: Catholic Churches in Beijing

There is a Catholic church in Xidan. It is North of the Marco Polo Hotel near the south entrance tot he Xidan Subway. It is hard to see. It doesn't look much like a church until you get close to it. When you think you are near just ask for "Jiaotang" church. I don't know of any Catholic churches near Wudaokou but I will ask my students.

I go to church here just for special ocassions.

Same as Watson I attend the mass at Xuanwumen church. " Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción¨ Big Grin

The mass is in english and as he said, the environment is mostly foreign.

As far I know, no catholic church around Wudaokou. People that live in that area come downtown for the Mass.

A gorgeous place for "spiritual food" indeed.
I always find peaceful reconciliation with the Lord our savior when visiting this holly place of prayers and meditations.
